What is Life Coaching?

Through powerful questioning and active listening, a life coach helps you uncover your own solutions, gain clarity on what truly matters, and focus on the path that aligns with your values.
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, creating a supportive space where you can cut through confusion, explore new possibilities, and develop authentic plans for meaningful change. In this way, you build true and lasting confidence and strength by learning to trust and use your own inner wisdom.
My Journey
For years, I embraced challenges and pursued opportunities that stretched me beyond what many thought possible. Each leap was about discovering what I was capable of and what the world looks like from different perspectives. English Literature graduate turned finance professional. Non-native speaker passing 15 UK chartered accountancy exams to earn my ACA. Cambridge MBA. AI strategy consultant at a leading tech company.
Yet each achievement brought the same question: What's next? And this time, another question followed — What is my true calling? How much more could I do if I really found my calling?
In June 2024, my career thriving, I pressed pause. Through silent retreats, meditation, deep self-inquiry, and practical action, my true calling became clear: to dedicate myself to helping thoughtful, growth-oriented men and women navigate transitions—seeking clarity, reconnecting with their authentic power, or re-evaluating their direction in life or work—through solution-focused transformational coaching. This revelation fills me with satisfaction, joy, and excitement for what's ahead."
