My path to coaching began not from a single revelation, but through years of high achievement that left me asking deeper questions. After transitioning from English literature to finance, earning my chartered accountancy qualification through 15 exams in a non-native language, completing my MBA at Cambridge, and successfully pivoting into AI strategy consulting where I accurately predicted industry trends years ahead, I found myself repeatedly asking: "What do I truly want to achieve in life?"

Despite external success and recognition, I realized these accomplishments were more like training—building capabilities while my true exploration of purpose remained on a different track. In May 2024, I voluntarily stepped away from my flourishing career to turn inward through systematic self-exploration, meditation retreats, and deep introspective work.

This journey led me to discover professional coaching when supporting loved ones through their own life challenges. I witnessed firsthand how people naturally trusted me with their innermost struggles and aspirations, and I yearned to help them more effectively. This experience revealed coaching as both a profound calling and a scientifically grounded profession.

My approach combines analytical rigor from my business background with the transformational tools I've learned through Erickson coaching methodology.
